Trading since 2005 Bespoke HR is an experienced, pragmatic and independent HR Consultancy, providing fully qualified Human Resources Consultants, who are able to offer expert bespoke solutions to support your business.

Bespoke HR can offer your business a personal, friendly service, ensuring that each client receives the necessary amount of HR support to suit them.

Bespoke HR offer the amount of support necessary to fulfil the needs of your business, they can work as part of your business / management team, offering a HR presence within the business, or our teams can work remotely providing answers to those employment law questions that can be baffling to those not versed in HR law.

Alison King

HR Consultant

Alison founded Bespoke HR in October 2005, after many years working for others in senior HR functions, she decided to start up on her own. There isn’t much that Alison doesn’t know about the world of HR, and she has surrounded herself with a team in her own mould. Nothing is too much for Alison; you will find her humor and knowledge infectious, and easy to work with. When Alison is not involved in Bespoke HR she spends much time with her family. Her dream is to take a Winnebago around the States.

HR Consultant

Alex brings a bit of testosterone to Bespoke HR, as the only male team member! So his love of sport falls on deaf ears in the office, but his natural leadership qualities have been a real bonus to our Clients. Alex has a wealth of experience in company restructures, as well as financial and budgetary analysis. With national sales team awards a plenty, Alex will slot into your business seamlessly, a natural people person, your staff will connect with him. If you can’t find Alex, he could be either found on the golf course or knocking up an a la carte meal.

Sally Neaves

HR Consultant

Sally joined in March 2010 and previously worked with Alison in an HR and Training environment. Sally brings a wealth of experience from the private dentistry sector, where she has managed private practices, implemented business processes and programmes to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. Sally is a real people person, who will bring solid business understanding as well as people development skills to your business. Out of work, Sally loves to travel, and when at home is most likely to be found at the gym, spending time with family and friends….a glass of wine is often not far away.

Antonia Ledniczky

HR assistant

Antonia is the newest member to Bespoke HR, joining us July 2011 to complete a years placement for her degree in Business Management and Human Resources at Nottingham Trent University.
Adding some youth to Bespoke HR, she is on hand to give us fresh ideas. When Antonia isn’t keeping Bespoke HR in order she can be found on a netball court or feeding her shopping addiction.
