- Location: hybrid (minimum of 50% of the time in the office per week)
- Hours: part-time (approximately 20 hours per week, however, depending on the needs of the business this may increase at times. The hours are flexible, and not limited to 9am-5:30pm, though there is a requirement for some hours to be worked on a Friday.)
- Salary: Total package OTE £45,523.20 – basic salary £37,523.20 plus OTE bonus £8,000 (based on full time hours)

The purpose of the role will be to work with and report to the Finance Manager on our rapidly expanding payroll department providing payroll services to our clients.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing and finalising the payrolls for clients.
- Dealing with client queries relating to payroll.
- Create proposals for new inquiries for the payroll service.
- Lead the implementation process of new clients to ensure data is ready to go before the first pay run.
- Ensuring successful enrolment and submissions for clients’ pensions.
- Involved in the final sales stages and onboarding of new clients.
- Assisting the Marketing Team to attract new clients to the payroll services.
- Payroll continuous process improvement.
- Processing year-end filing for clients.

Previous payroll experience is essential. Experience using BrightPay would be beneficial.
