After searching for systems to help our clients, and finding nothing adequate, we decided we needed a PDR system designed by HR professionals who understand the issues within small and medium sized businesses.

Cloud System

Our system is cloud based with zero installation requirements. It is hosted by one of the top cloud service providers in the world, Amazon Web Services. The benefits of a cloud based system is that you and your staff have the ability to log in anywhere; from home, work or even abroad, 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you are the appraiser or the appraisee you have the ability to monitor and add feedback, whenever, wherever you are.

Mobile

The system data is stored in two separate data centres with automatic fail over. We also hold additional daily backup copies of your data.

Built from the ground up with security at it’s heart, every item in the system has individual access control restrictions disallowing unauthorised access to other users.

Support is provided by our in house UK based team of system and technical experts.
