PDR Cloud is our very own cloud-based employee continuous feedback review system which we built in-house. After searching for systems to help our clients, and finding nothing adequate, we decided we needed a PDR system designed by HR professionals who understand the issues within small and medium sized businesses.

Cloud System

Our system is cloud based with zero installation requirements. It is hosted by one of the top cloud service providers in the world, Amazon Web Services. The benefits of a cloud based system is that you and your staff have the ability to log in anywhere; from home, work or even abroad, 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you are the appraiser or the appraisee you have the ability to monitor and add feedback, whenever, wherever you are.

The system has been designed around you and your business, by specialists who have worked in HR, and who understand the issues faced by small and medium sized businesses. We know you want to support and develop your staff, but simply don’t have the time or tools, that’s where the system can really help!

Mobile

The system can be accessed from any internet enabled device including tablets and smart phones. On the train, in the coffee shop, waiting for your next meeting to start. The user interface adjusts to look great no matter what device you are using.

Continuous Feedback

Just like most social media platforms, our system is designed for users to posts and provide feedback throughout the entire year. We believe that collecting regular feedback for employees is critical for a true representation of overall performance and to determine personal development needs.

Data and Backup

The system data is stored in two separate data centres with automatic fail over. We also hold additional daily backup copies of your data.

Data Security

Built from the ground up with security at it’s heart, every item in the system has individual access control restrictions disallowing unauthorised access to other users.

UK Support

Support is provided by our in house UK based team of system and technical experts.

• Individual review period end dates, so that reviews can be staggered throughout the year.
• Employee weekly email reminders of due and overdue objective, developments and reviews.
• Ability to have multiple managers per team member.
• Allows feedback from external users as well as 360° feedback internally.
