Our HR Healthcheck can provide a great overview of your current HR practices and also identify where there might be some gaps.  We have created our own unique questionnaire for you to complete. Our HR Consultants will work with you to review the results and create an action plan to keep you on track.

 

How does it work? 

  • We will ask you to complete an online questionnaire which will help us to understand the current state of your business.
  • We will talk through the results and work with you to create an action plan.
  • We will implement the changes needed, these could include: updating employment contracts, reviewing your policies, creating a performance management programme.
