It is straightforward and cost-effective for a small business, and it is what we use for our own team. However, if you already have a system that works for you, we are just as happy to work with that.
Who Breathe are
Breathe has been building software for small and medium-sized businesses since 2012. It is based in Horsham, West Sussex, and has been part of the ELMO Group since 2020.
The software is cloud-based and designed to be self-service, so staff can check their holiday, see their documents and keep their own details up to date without asking a manager.

What we do as a Platinum Partner
We can take the software off your hands entirely. First, we set it up, from loading employee records and documents to configuring holiday rules. After that, we run it day to day and adjust it as your business changes.
Breathe is not included in our HR support plans. You pay Breathe for the software, and our time setting it up and running it for you is charged like any other work.
In addition, our HR consultants work inside the same system, so a holiday query, an absence pattern or an appraisal is handled with the records in front of us. As a result, you get the software and the HR support it is there to back up, from one team.

How much does Breathe HR cost?
Breathe is not included in our HR support plans. It is priced per business, by the number of people you employ, rather than per user, and every plan includes the core HR software. The current prices are on Breathe's pricing page, and we can talk you through which plan fits your business. Our time setting it up and running it for you is charged like any other work.
Can we see a demo first?
Yes. We can give you a one-to-one demo ourselves, set up around how your business works. Breathe also has short videos and a recorded demo on its website, and runs free group demos. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
Can we try Breathe before we commit?

Is Breathe part of Bespoke HR?
No. Breathe is a separate business, part of the ELMO Group, with no common ownership with Bespoke HR. We recommend it because our clients regularly need it, and we know how well it works for small businesses.
