We provide an add-on service for our plan clients to help make sure your staff get paid properly and on time. We provide a fully outsourced payroll service which takes care of everything from processing to deductions, so no more payroll calculation headaches.
Our add-on payroll service includes:
- Full processing of PAYE for salary, daily or hourly paid employees.
- Production and digital issue of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payslips to all employees.
- Web portal for employees and managers for payroll information and reporting.
- Processing, completion and digital issue of P45s and P60s.
- Preparation of BACS file for your bank transfers into employee’s bank accounts.
- Optional direct payment to employees via Modulr.
- RTI submissions to HMRC.
- Auto enrolment processing and contribution report generation.
- End of year tax filing to HMRC.
How much does the add-on payroll service cost?
There is an additional charge on top of your HR Plan and costs are based on the number of payslips created during a calendar month. A small additional charge of 25p per payslip if you require automated direct payment to employees via a Modulr account.

Can I add additional employees as they join and what's the cost for this?
The time taken to add new employees to your payroll will be taken from your plan hours, or charged at your additional hourly rate. There is no additional charge when employees leave your payroll.
I employ staff on zero hours contracts so their hours vary each week, will your service calculate their salaries?
Yes, we can calculate the salary and deductions for staff working an hours which may change on a weekly or monthly basis.
Can I pay some staff weekly and some monthly?
Absolutely, when we set up your account you can specify pay frequency and we will run the payroll accordingly.
