Data Subject Access Request FREE Face-to-Face Workshop 10th June 2026

What Employers Need to Know

About the FREE Workshop

Data Subject Access Requests can take time and carry risk if not handled properly.

A Data Subject Access Request, or DSAR, is a request from an individual to see the personal data your organisation holds about them. For employers, this often comes from current or former staff who want access to emails, HR records, performance notes, or grievance material. Requests are common during workplace disputes, disciplinaries, redundancy processes, or after someone has left the business.

This 90-minute session explains what qualifies as a DSAR, your responsibilities under UK GDPR, the key deadlines, and the common mistakes to avoid.

You will leave with clear, practical steps to manage requests confidently and compliantly within your organisation.
