Wellbeing support, on the other hand, helps people before they become problems, whether that is stress, a difficult time at home or a health worry that is starting to affect work and sickness absence. That is why Wellness Cloud is how our clients give their staff that support, without having to set up and run a scheme of their own.
Who Wellness Cloud are
Wellness Cloud is a UK employee wellbeing provider, run by Parent Cloud Ltd from Esher in Surrey. Specifically, it works with organisations to give their people wellbeing support online. It also incorporates Parent Cloud, its support for working parents.
In addition, its specialists are UK-based and vetted, and where relevant they are accredited or registered with a professional body, for example the BACP or the BPS.

How access works with your plan
Our HR support plans include access to the Wellness Cloud platform. Each plan covers a set number of employees, as shown below, and you can add further employees at £1.50 each a month, plus VAT.

Setting it up is simple, because we do it for you: tell us which employees should have access and we will do the rest. Before you decide, we can also show you around the platform.
Where our advice stops. Bespoke HR does not provide counselling, therapy or medical advice. Instead, that support comes from Wellness Cloud's specialists, and the sessions stay between them and your employee.

What is Wellness Cloud?

Is Wellness Cloud included in our HR support plan?
Yes. Our HR support plans include access to the Wellness Cloud platform, and therefore there is nothing extra to pay for the employees your plan covers.
How many of our employees can use it?
In short, it depends on your HR support plan: Plan A includes 10 employees, Plan B 20, Plan C 50, Plan D 100, and Plans E and F 250. You can add further employees at £1.50 each a month, plus VAT.
Can our staff see a specialist?
Yes. Staff can book remote sessions with a specialist of their choice, for example a therapist, nutritionist, coach or menopause nurse practitioner, at a discounted rate, with a further 10% off using the Bespoke HR discount code.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Because staff book specialist sessions themselves and confidentially, the sessions stay between the employee and the specialist.
Who are the specialists?
All of Wellness Cloud's specialists are UK-based and vetted. In addition, where relevant they are accredited or registered with a professional body, for example the BACP or the BPS.
Is Wellness Cloud part of Bespoke HR?
No. Wellness Cloud is run by Parent Cloud Ltd, which is a separate business with no common ownership with Bespoke HR. We work with them because wellbeing support matters to our clients and their staff.
How do we get started?
