Ways to pay for HR support
Our HR support is based on the hours you use, so you only pay for the support you need.
Pay as you go
No contract and no minimum. Pay for the time you use whenever an HR issue comes up, and come and go as you please. It is the most flexible option, at a higher hourly rate.
HR support plans
Choose a minimum number of hours each month for 12 months in return for a lower hourly rate: the more you commit to, the lower the rate. Unused hours carry over for two months, and plan hours can be used for any HR activity, including recruitment and training.
Fixed price
For a defined piece of work, we can agree a fixed price for the project before we start.

How much does outsourced HR support cost?
Our HR support plans start from £234 a month plus VAT, for a minimum of two hours a month. The more hours you commit to each month, the lower your hourly rate. Will I be tied into a long contract?
No. You can pay as you go with no contract at all, and come and go as you please. Our plans run for 12 months, and that commitment is what gives you the lower hourly rate.
How do HR support plans work?

How do I know what I am paying for?
We track our time accurately and in detail. We are happy to estimate how long a piece of work will take before we start. If you would like to see where your hours have gone, just ask and we will send you a timesheet describing the work we have done, as a one-off or on a regular basis.
